Cancellation Policy

At Studio 515, we completely understand that there are cases of emergency and in the those unfortunate circumstances we will absolutely make an exception. That being said, we kindly ask that should you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you please do so at least 48 hours before the start of your appointment.

When scheduling, you will be asked to put a card on file to reserve your appointment time.  We, of course, will send you an appointment reminder at the time of scheduling and again 48 hours before the appointment to avoid any miscommunication of appointment details. Cancelling or rescheduling within the 48 hours will result in a fee of 50% of the service scheduled. Multiple offenses may result in a 100% service pre-pay due at the time of scheduling.
